Harrison County Health Department issues mask mandate


BETHANY, Mo. - Another mask mandate goes into effect in Missouri. Tonight at midnight, a mask mandate will be in effect in Harrison County.

Public Administrator at the Harrison County Health Department Courtney Cross told KXCV/KRNW that COVID-19 numbers since November have been hard to ignore.

Cross says they've done a lot of education since the pandemic began, but now is the time to issue a mandate. The mandate will be in effect for the next 60 days, and will be reviewed monthly after.
