JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The pandemic is creating an unseen problem at Missouri schools.
Executive Director for the Show-Me School-Based Health Alliance of Missouri Molly Ticknor told KXCV/KRNW that students are increasingly finding it difficult to access mental heath services at school.
This can bring anxiety and depression, which could lead to additional mental health concerns. Ticknor adds access to mental health services leads to better academics and education outcomes, and higher attendance.KXCV-KRNW
