MARYVILLE, Mo. - The potential for a new water treatment plant in Maryville is inching closer. Earlier this week, the city council heard from HDR Engineering about the cost benefits of a new water treatment plant.
City Manager Greg McDanel told KXCV/KRNW that the city council then approved the next minor step.
The estimated cost of a new plant is anywhere from $26 million to $32 million.
