ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Mosaic Life Care Foundation says the emPowerU Program welcomed a new participant.
Rushville Elementary School's participation marked a major shift in emPowerU's Civic Engagement Immersions program in St. Joseph as field trip opportunities have been restricting during the pandemic.
