MODOT warns drivers of tractor mowers

Wetter weather and warmer temperatures mean spring has sprung, and with it comes new grass on the side of Missouri roadways. Assistant District Engineer for MoDOT, Marty Liles, says motorists should be on the lookout for tractor mowers.
