NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - The latest Nebraska City Council meeting came to an interesting conclusion.
City Administrator Louie Leone told KXCV/KRNW that the city council approved an ordinance that eliminated overdue fines for library books and waive outstanding fines.
Leone added that you will still be fined if the book is damaged.KXCV-KRNW
