MARYVILLE, Mo. - Northwest Missouri State University is gearing up for a big ribbon-cutting ceremony next month.
Northwest will celebrate the opening of its Agricultural Learning Center on Friday, July 30, at the R.T. Wright Farm north of campus.
The event, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m., will include a short program and tours of the facility. The $11.4 million Agricultural Learning Center is a part of the Forever Green campaigns, an initiative of the Northwest Foundation.
The Forever Green campaigns not only raise money for projects, but also for student scholarships.
