One hospital foundation in Saint Joseph received a gift that you can't find in a box.
The Louetta M. Cowden Foundation awarded Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph with $250 thousand to support Phase 2 of Mosaic's cancer center renovations and expansion project, specifically a cancer survivor center within the new center.
Vice President of Philanthropy Operations, Jerry Pickman, says some of the support services include a multipurpose education room, therapy services, wellness and exercise area, spiritual health services, patient library, massages, acupuncture or acupressure.
