Nebraska City Council talks scooters and sports complex


NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - At it's latest meeting, the Nebraska City Council discussed a two-year pilot MOU to bring Bird Scooters to the city.

City Administrator Louis Leone says the city plans to receive 25-50 scooters.

Leone adds that the city council also discussed applying for an LB566 Grant to help hire the non-profit organization GREAT to build the 19th Street Sports Complex. The complex will include a soccer field and baseball diamond.
