BETHANY, Mo. - At the latest Bethany Board of Aldermen meeting, the board approved a resolution for the Missouri Main Street Program.
City Administrator Jake Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that in order to apply for the program, the board has to pass a resolution and send a letter of intent.
The board also approved the changing of a bill regarding court cost-filing fees.
Taylors says the Missouri Supreme Court decided that every court cost added a $3 municipal fee that goes to the sheriff's retirement fund and that was deemed unconstitutional.
