CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - At it's latest meeting, the Chillicothe City Council updated one of it's ordinances regarding vehicles for hire.
City Administrator Darin Chappell told KXCV/KRNW that this is something that needed to be done with all the advancements in technology, as well as the population in the area.
Several rural cities have updated similar ordinances after Uber and Lyft ride-sharing services became available.KXCV-KRNW
