MARYVILLE, Mo. - A local author will be discussing her new book this weekend in Nodaway County. Amy Houts will discuss "Maye's March for Women's Votes" at the Nodaway Historical Society Museum this Sunday at 2 p.m.
The book takes a look at the women of Nodaway County in the early 20th century as they pursue the right to vote.
