JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Conservation and The Nature Conservancy are teaming up for an event next month.
Prairie Day celebrates wildlife habitat improvements by private landowners and public land managers in the Grand River Grasslands.
Media Specialist with the MDC Bill Graham told KXCV/KRNW that this event provides a variety of learning opportunities for those interested Northwest Missouri's rich native grassland heritage.
