BURLINGTON JUNCTION, Mo. - Nodaway County voters let their voice be heard on a special election day. On Tuesday, voters turned down a tax levy increase for the West Nodaway R-1 school district.
It was a tight vote with only 53% of 328 voters shooting down the proposal. 55% of voters voted the tax levy down back in April of this year.
