Savannah city council discusses fall event


SAVANNAH, Mo. - It was a short meeting at the latest Savannah City Council Meeting. City Administrator Bruce Lundy says the council approved a town square event for this fall.

In other business, Lundy adds that the financial advisor discussed refinancing some bonds and adjusting the water and sewer rates this year in order to pay debt.
