Shenandoah Chamber prepping for Shenfest


SHENANDOAH, Iowa - This year's Shenfest, which celebrates the 150th anniversary of the founding of Shenandoah with the theme "Generations Past, and Future" will feature a concert by Edan Everly.

Everly is a member of the famous musical Everly family that got their start in Shenandoah. Marketing Director for the Shenandoah Chamber and Industry Association Shelly Warner told KXCV/KRNW that the Everly Brothers childhood home is now preserved as a museum and historical site

The concert happens at the Shenandoah High School auditorium Sept. 25 at 7 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the Shenandoah chamber or Hy-Vee customer service counter. Tickets and more information can also be found online at shenandoahiowa.net.
