Iowa DNR discusses current teal hunting season

CLEAR LAKE, Iowa - The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says teal season is now open. Daily bag limits are at six, and shooting hours from sunrise to sunset.

Waterfowl Biologist with the Iowa DNR Orrin Jones also encourages to scout the wetlands before the morning of the hunt - weather and water conditions vary widely throughout the state and can change from year to year. Teal season lasts through September 16.
