JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Agriculture has announced a grant that residents of bigger cities in the KXCV/KRNW listening area can take advantage of.
The MDA says they will awards grants of up to $10,000 through the urban agriculture matching grant program. The grants have to be associated with urban agriculture, which may include expanding the use of an ag product, introducing a new crop or product, or by adding value to ag products.
Applications are due by October 1. More information at agriculture.mo.gov.
