Maryville Brass Band to hold auditions

MARYVILLE, Mo. - A new group is hoping locals have some brass instruments waiting to be played. The Maryville Brass Band is holding an all ages audition next month.

President and Band Director John Maclean told KXCV/KRNW that he wanted to bring a brass band to Maryville because he wanted to give back to community.

The audition is on October 7 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Maryville High School's band room. Practice is expected to begin at the end of October.
