BETHANY, Mo. - At the latest Bethany City Board of Aldermen meeting, the board discussed a public meeting to try to receive funds that they lost last year.
The Transportation Assistance Program (TAP) requires quarterly public input sessions to receive the funds, and that's one of the reasons that they didn't receive funding last year.
City Administrator Jake Taylor adds that last year was the first year since he's been around that they haven't received TAP funding.
