DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is continuing a grant program through the U.S. Forest Service which provides free native seedlings.
Forester with the Iowa DNR Aron Flickinger says any community in a confirmed Emerald Ash Borer county is eligible to apply.
