MARYVILLE, Mo. - A virtual event last year is going to be in person this year. The University of Missouri Extension will hold "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions" - an event that will offer strategies for managing chronic pains, at the Maryville Public Library.
Nutrition and Health Specialist with the University of Missouri Extension Debbie Bennett told KXCV/KRNW that it's not only learning exercises and stretches, but also management techniques.
The event is open to anyone, there is no cost to attend. There will be six, two-and-a-half hour classes held on Wednesdays starting at 2:00 p.m.
Classes start on October 13. For more information or to RSVP, call 660-744-6231.
