CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Chillicothe Board of Education approved some insurance changes at October's meeting.
Superintendent Dan Weibers says the district currently has multiple, different providers of their voluntary insurance plans including health, dental, and vision. But the approval of their Section 125 Provider and Voluntary Plan Administration will slightly change that.
In other district news, Weibers adds that the school board is looking to expand the elementary school and the board selected an architect.
The board also accepted a bid from the Saunders Company for copy paper for the district, for over $ 26,000.
