ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a man is in serious condition after a single-vehicle wreck over the Halloween weekend.
The Patrol says 37-year-old Jared Burns of Saint Joseph wrecked on Route K north of County Road 385, half a mile north of St. Joseph, in Andrew County.
At 1:43 a.m. Saturday, authorities say Burns was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro that traveled off the side of the road, struck a driveway culvert, went airborne, struck the ground, and overturned several times.
Burns, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected out of the sunroof. Burns was taken to Mosaic Life Care of St. Joseph.
