ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Rolling Hills Library is offering a free program any adults over 18 years of age to help them finish high school and graduate with a degree.
The excel high school program will be offered online starting today, and is limited to five seats. Those selected would then have 24 months to complete up to 21.5 credits.
Public Relations Specialist at Rolling Hills Library Alan Stolfus says that there are still 30 million American adults without a high school diploma, and a lot of them have leftover credits. More information is at rhcl.org.
