JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Corn Growers Association and Corn Merchandising Council wants to here from Missouri high school seniors and college juniors who are pursuing an agronomy or agriculture-related degree at a Missouri college or university.
Associate Director of Communications Hillary Black says they'll be giving seven students each a $1,000 scholarship.
Applications are available now and can be found at https://mocorn.org/mocorn.org under the Resources tab or by calling the Missouri Corn office at 800-827-4181.
Students must be from a Missouri farm or rural area, and must submit an application form, an official high school or college transcript, and at least one letter of recommendation by February 11 to the Missouri Corn office.
