Creston city council discusses highway reconfiguration

CRESTON, Iowa - At their latest meeting, the Creston City Council discussed a one-mile reconfiguration of U.S. Highway 25.

City Administrator Mike Taylor says the highway will be reduced from four lanes to three, as recommended by the Iowa Department of Transportation.

In other Creston news, the FFA has approved and allocated four million dollars in grant money to the Runway Reconstruction Project for the Creston Municipal Airport.
