MU Extension Office holding healthy living class

ROCK PORT, Mo. - Starting this Friday, the University of Missouri Extension Office is offering a health living class that will help people live healthier lives and manage chronic conditions.

University of Missouri Extension Nutrition and Health Education Specialist Debbie Bennett says the program consists of six, two-and-a-half-hour classes held on each Friday running from Jan. 14 through Feb. 18.

The classes are free and are welcome to anybody. To register for classes, you can call 573-540-1100.
