TRENTON, Mo. - At it's latest meeting, the Trenton city council selected a financier for work at the city's water treatment plant.
Out of three proposals, the council selected the Central Bank of the Midwest at Kansas City to help finance two and a half million dollars worth of improvements.
City Administrator Ron Urton told KXCV/KRNW that they'll start paperwork on the agreement in about a month before the next step.
The city was first notified about the scope and cost of improvements to the water treatment plant last summer.
