BETHANY, Mo. - The Bethany Board of Aldermen discussed distribution of COVID-19 funds from the American Rescue Plan Act at its latest meeting.
City Administrator Jake Taylor says that the Board is planning to give money to a few non-profit organizations in town, including the Genealogy Society, the VFW, the Sheltered Workshop, and golf course.
Taylor says other uses for the ARPA funds include a future sewer improvement project, but it's still in the planning stages.
Despite that, Taylor says the sewer project should be completed sometime this year.
