CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Chillicothe City Council updated it's contract with an engineering company at it's latest meeting.
City clerk Roze Frampton says the contract with Allgier, Martin and Associates deals with the nearly 300 acres of land that will be the site of a new industrial park in Chillicothe.
Platting helps show developers plan where lots, utilities, roads and other things will be located on the property.
The cost of the services with Allgier, Martin and Associates is not to exceed $60,000. The city bought the land for the future industrial park last December.
