BETHANY, Mo. - The Bethany Board of Aldermen utilized some COVID-19 funds at their latest meeting.
City Administrator Jake Taylor says the funding went towards infrastructure projects like the waste water treatment plant and to local nonprofit agencies who lost income during the pandemic including a new organization called Downtown Bethany.
Some other organizations who will receive funding include the genealogy society and the fair board. Funds for the nonprofit organizations will not be available until after April 1.
