ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - College students with an interest in museums will have an opportunity for a paid internship this summer.
The Black Archives and St. Joseph Museums are offering the Robert and Cecilia McGaughy Black Archives Diversity and Inclusion Internship.
Executive Director of the St. Joseph Museum Sara Wilson adds that interns will also learn the basics of financing, interpretation, marketing, and how a museum operates.
But they will focus on the Black Archives Museum in helping them design and research exhibits, catalog collections, and archive material.
