MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation is giving a heads-up about a bridge replacement happening this spring.
MoDoT says U.S. Route 136 in Nodaway County will close at the Mozingo Creek Bridge, just east Route EE, on Monday, March 14. It'll be closed through May 1.
Officials are urging people to take the signed detour on Routes F, N, M and J. Once crews are done with work on the Mozingo Creek Bridge, they will move to the Long Branch Bridge, between Liberty and Mahogany Roads.
Work on that will begin May 2 and last through through August of 2022.
