MARYVILLE, Mo. - Blood donors are needed as local communities continue to feel the impact of blood shortages. That's why the Community Blood Center is encouraging everyone to donate at their Maryville blood drive later this month.
Outreach and Communications Coordinator with the Community Blood Center Chelsey Smith says the blood shortage is impacting people who need transfusions.
The blood drive is scheduled for Monday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday, March 29 from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. in the First Baptist Church.
