JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Conservation is offering free hunter firearm education courses online and in-person.
These programs are designed to train children 11 and up about hunting safety, and proper firearm safety. Media Specialist for the MDC Bill Graham says that there is one caveat to the program.
Program times in our listening area include 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Cornerstone Church in Chillicothe, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Harrison County Sheriff's Office in Bethany.
