Two Missouri men fatally injured in wreck

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says two Missouri men are dead after a two-vehicle wreck in Clinton County.

The Patrol says 36-year-old Christopher McCubbin of Polo was driving a 2019 Ford on Missouri Route 116, two miles east of Lathrop. At 3:32 PM Wednesday, the Ford being driven by McCubbin crossed the center of the road colliding with a 2017 Ford pick-up, driven by 73-year-old Lance Romig of Kansas City.

McCubbin was pronounced dead at the scene while Romig was pronounced dead at the hospital. Both men were wearing their seatbelts.
