CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - At it's latest meeting, the Chillicothe city council made two reappointments.
The first was Gene Moyers to the Planning and Zoning Board and the second was Adam Brown to the Board of Adjustments. City clerk Roze Frampton says both men were filling in for an expired term.
