City Clerk Roze Frampton says that many of the homes being demolished are buildings containing toxic materials such as asbestos, and lead paint.

The homes being demolished are on 1016 Cherry St., 624 Cherry St., and 615 Vine St. Outside of that, the city council approved the nearly $15.2 million budget for the city.
