DES MOINES, Iowa - Iowa's spring turkey season is just around the corner and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources has some reminders.
Forest Wildlife Research Biologist with the DNR Jim Coffey says they're expecting an average year with the number of turkeys and hunters.
Youth only spring turkey seasons begin April 8, with the first season of spring turkey hunting set to begin April 11.
