JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Agriculture is now accepting proposals for potential funding through the specialty crop block grant program.
Interested specialty crop producers working to respond to COVID-19's impacts should submit an application to the MDA by May 16.
The USDA defines specialty crops as fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, honey, horticulture and nursing crops. More information, as well as an application, can be found at agriculture.mo.gov.
