Nebraska City Council discusses city personnel manual

NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - At it's latest meeting, the Nebraska City Council discussed updates to the city personnel manual.

Louis Leone, city administrator for Nebraska City, says the manual was outdated.

Leone hopes that the manual will be completely updated by the end of April. The city council also approved special permission for the annual Arbor Day Celebration decorations, as well as the purchase of unused land.
