CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - After several months of debate, one Missouri city has made a decision on so-called vicious dogs. At it's latest meeting, the Chillicothe city council repealed it's breed ban on dogs.
City Administrator Roze Frampton says the meeting was filled with people who were for and against the repeal.
She adds that the city was aware a lot of people were owning pitbulls even though they weren't allowed.
