CRESTON, Iowa - At it's latest meeting, the Creston city council began hammering out a new Memorandum of Understanding with Iowa Inspections.
City Administrator Mike Taylor says the MOU details what actually gets inspected on rental properties in the city.
Taylor adds that this inspection process will take effect on Jan. 1, 2023 to give residents enough time to chime in on the details.KXCV-KRNW
