DES MOINES, Iowa - A grassroots organization is looking to help out rural America.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness in Southwest Iowa is offering a virtual peer-to-peer, eight-session education program, beginning June 6 at 6:30 p.m.
Director of development at NAMI Southwest Iowa Chris Adcock adds that there will be a guest on the fifth session to talk about how to be a caretaker of someone with a mental health condition.
