DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is offering a free kayak fishing basics webinar this month.
Fish Iowa Coordinator for the Iowa DNR Barb Gigar says that this online program is designed to teach people who have little to no experience in fishing, or fishing from kayaks.
