ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Mosaic Life Care Foundation is now accepting applications for a scholarship that honors excellence.
The $10,000 Lowell C. Kruse scholarship provides financial assistance for a first-year, full-time graduate student.
Director or Regional Relations with the Foundation Christina Lund says they're looking for applicants who want to improve quality of life.
