POLO, Mo. - The Missouri State Fire Marshall's Office is investigating three apparent arsons, including one that was deadly.
The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office say the first fire was reported at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday at a house near SW State Route D and SW Colt Drive near Polo. A body was found inside the home. No information has been released about the victim.
The Sheriff's Office says over the course of the next few hours, there were two additional house fires on State Route D, one near SW Mirabile Drive and one near State Route HH.
A dark, four-door car, possible a black Dodge Caliber, was spotted near the scene at each fire. If you have any information, you're urged to call the Sheriff's Office at 816-586-2681.
