Nebraska City Council approves intersection installation

NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - At their latest city council meeting, the Nebraska City Council approved a stop sign installation at 16th and 5th Corso.

While there have been no accidents at the intersection, City Administrator Louis Leone says why this is an important addition.

Also at the meeting there was discussion regarding a down payment Assistance Grant for $21,000 of the purchase rehab resell house located at 1117 3rd Avenue.

The purchase rehab resell is a program that purchases dilapidated property, rehabilitates it and sells it back to the market at a $110,000 cap.
