ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - One area health department will be closing most of it's doors.
The City of St. Joseph Health Department says most clinic services, like immunization and other related services, will be unavailable today and tomorrow.
That's because the clinic's staff will be attending tuberculosis training. While most services won't be available, pregnancy testing, case management and immunization records will be available.
Full services at the City of Saint Joseph Health Department clinic will resume on Thursday.
